Notice: Logistics Service Update Affected by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred
Dear Customers,
Due to the impact of Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, parts of Queensland and New South Wales (NSW) have experienced extreme weather conditions, resulting in certain disruptions to local logistics and delivery services.
At present, some logistics centers and post offices in the affected areas are gradually resuming operations. Our logistics partners have started to clear the backlog of parcels and are working hard to restore delivery services under safe conditions.
It is expected that from Tuesday, 11 March 2025, most delivery services in northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland will return to normal. However, due to the backlog of parcels caused by the severe weather, some orders may still experience delays. We are working closely with our logistics partners to ensure your orders are delivered as soon as possible.
