Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily operation and management of eBay/AliExpress stores, independently managing accounts, listing products, and processing orders.

2. Timely formulate and adjust sales strategies and promotion plans based on product sales and ranking changes, and conduct data analysis.

3. Collect and analyze market conditions and competitors’ situations, grasp market trends and changes, and formulate effective competitive sales strategies.

4. Compile sales data, inventory data, etc., adjust sales methods in a timely manner, and maintain a good inventory turnover rate; combine changes in product market trends to layout in advance and formulate ordering and shipping strategies.

Requirements:

2. More than one year of eBay/AliExpress sales experience is preferred, familiar with platform policies and operations, and sales operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance, and daily management of the company’s overseas Amazon e-commerce platform. Responsible for product sales on the Amazon platform, collecting, analyzing, and mastering market information.

2. Manage Amazon account operation data maintenance and updates, establish, upload, maintain, and optimize store operations. Adjust product inventory information, set prices, promote new products, and conduct promotions. Coordinate internally and communicate with customers to ensure the normal operation of the store.

3. Responsible for the notification and handover of daily activities on the Amazon platform, event registration, and platform activity advertising. Handle customer inquiries, including pre-sales consultation and after-sales maintenance, and properly handle various customer disputes. Provide professional consultation to customers, understand and explore customer needs and purchase desires.

4. Improve store policies and systems, maintain a good review rate and credit rating for the store. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers. Prepare sales detail reports and conduct sales analysis.

5. Detail and analyze customer business tracking situations, summarize their business status in stages, and continuously improve their business capabilities and work efficiency.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of cross-border e-commerce platform stores, including independently managing accounts, listing products, developing products, and handling orders.

2. Based on changes in product sales and rankings, timely formulate and adjust sales strategies and promotional plans, and conduct data analysis. Analyze and summarize store sales and inventory situations, and manage stock/replenishment reasonably.

Inspect, analyze, and optimize business logic concepts, system performance, and scalability.

3. Manage the formulation of company technical specifications, establish technical standards and related process standards.

4. Overall management of all projects and team members in the technical department. Control the progress, service, and quality of all projects. Develop work plans, coordinate resources, assign tasks, supervise project progress, and provide feedback. Organize, guide, and monitor the progress and quality of responsible projects, and promptly handle any problems that arise. Lead and motivate the team to complete tasks assigned by the company and achieve the company’s technical management and performance goals.

5. Responsible for the company’s business results and support and guide the work of business departments as part of the company’s management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in PHP + MySQL programming, with a certain level of JavaScript/Ajax and CSS writing ability.

2. Familiar with the development process and architecture of mini-programs, with independent project construction cases.

3. Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as ThinkPHP.

4. Familiar with the use of Linux operating system, including Apache, Nginx environment configuration and setup.
