Cross-border E-commerce Operations on eBay/AliExpress

Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily operation and management of eBay/AliExpress stores, independently managing accounts, listing products, and processing orders.

2. Timely formulate and adjust sales strategies and promotion plans based on product sales and ranking changes, and conduct data analysis.

3. Collect and analyze market conditions and competitors’ situations, grasp market trends and changes, and formulate effective competitive sales strategies.

4. Compile sales data, inventory data, etc., adjust sales methods in a timely manner, and maintain a good inventory turnover rate; combine changes in product market trends to layout in advance and formulate ordering and shipping strategies.

5. Follow the instructions of superiors, actively and promptly complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, majors in international trade/e-commerce/business English/English CET4 or above preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. More than one year of eBay/AliExpress sales experience is preferred, familiar with platform policies and operations, and sales operation experience is preferred.

Amazon Operations Specialist

Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance, and daily management of the company’s overseas Amazon e-commerce platform. Responsible for product sales on the Amazon platform, collecting, analyzing, and mastering market information.

2. Manage Amazon account operation data maintenance and updates, establish, upload, maintain, and optimize store operations. Adjust product inventory information, set prices, promote new products, and conduct promotions. Coordinate internally and communicate with customers to ensure the normal operation of the store.

3. Responsible for the notification and handover of daily activities on the Amazon platform, event registration, and platform activity advertising. Handle customer inquiries, including pre-sales consultation and after-sales maintenance, and properly handle various customer disputes. Provide professional consultation to customers, understand and explore customer needs and purchase desires.

4. Improve store policies and systems, maintain a good review rate and credit rating for the store. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers. Prepare sales detail reports and conduct sales analysis.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above. Majors in international trade, e-commerce, English, foreign trade, and marketing are preferred.
